Our Municipal Administration Centre will be closed on Monday, August 4, 2025, for the Civic Holiday. 

Current and Upcoming Road Closures

August 4-6, 2025 - Oliver Side Road will be temporarily closed to thru traffic from Woodcock Street to Bridge Street West beginning Monday, August 4th at 6:00 am and ending Wednesday, August 6th, at 6:00 pm.

Town of Greater Napanee Seeking Community Initiatives Fund Advisory Committee Members

The Town of Greater Napanee is seeking 5 residents to join the newly established Community Initiatives Fund Advisory Committee.

The Committee will review grant applications from local not-for-profit organizations, replacing the current process under the Atura Power Community Development Fund.

This Committee will be required to meet a minimum of twice per year to review applications for the spring and fall grant intake periods, and will make grant award recommendations to Council who will make the final decision.

The Municipality requires the following documents for all events prior to final approval:

  1. Site Plan: please provide a detailed site plan illustrating all physical objects of your proposed event set up.
  2. Safety Plan: please provide an event specific emergency and safety plan.
  3. Insurance: please provide appropriate liability insurnace coverage with the Corporation of the Town of Greater Napanee named as an additional insured.
  4. Other supporting docuements: provide any additional Municipal forms, sample timelines, draft promotion etc.
