2025 Music by the River Performer Application Form

The Arts Advisory Committee is excited to present another year of Music by the River! The Music by the River concert series brings community members young and old together for a wonderful afternoon of enjoying our community's local talent in Conservation Park.

We are looking for local musical talent to join this year's series! If you're interested in participating, please fill out our application form for a chance to be featured at Music by the River!

Things you need to know before applying:

Dates available are: July 13th & August 10th (Sundays - Rain or Shine).
Time: Running from approximately 1:00pm until 4:00pm.
Location: Pavilion at Conservation Park (10 Pearl Street, Napanee).
There is no charge to apply.
The Town will supply a sound system.
Each act will perform for 50 minutes. There will be two acts for each date.
The deadline to apply is April 3, 2025.

Applicants will be contacted to confirm a date/time for a performance. Please note that depending on the number of applications, we may not be able to accommodate everyone. Only those selected to play will be contacted.
